My name is Melanie,

I have been working with cakes for well over 10 years. During my time when working for others I have found that the cakes tend to be made from packet mix, and that’s one of the reasons they are sold so cheaply. I myself have always wanted to make cakes from scratch using fresh ingredients, and cakes that make you feel left wanting more.

My main goal in life is to bring the most delicious cakes to everyday people using only the best and most fresh of ingredients. All my cakes are tested before I bake them commercially for all those watering mouths ready to bite down on to a slice.
