CEW Wellness- Pilates

I am really excited to be bringing a whole new sense of Health & Wellness to you all, this is something I am very passionate about.
I really want to bring a sense of community to my Pilates classes and focus on empowering women, men too of course!
Pilates makes me feel good about myself, more energised and strong. I want to share this with you all and make it easy for everyone, with or with out kids, to have access to classes and feel Fabulous!!
I have been in the Health & Fitness industry since I was 17 (wow feeling old right now) this is where my passion lies, this is what sets my soul on fire!
