Only a few short years ago I struggled with weight and body image.

Shortly after turning the dreaded age of 30 I made a huge life decision. I literally woke up one morning and as I was looking in the mirror I said “that’s it” and started asking friends what were they doing for their fitness regime.

A friend of mine introduced me to Mark Lennon, a local fitness instructor and professional sportsman- and, as they say in the classics, the rest was history.

Finding a fitness mentor was the greatest thing I ever did and what I have learnt over the last two years has been life changing to say the least.

Now I really want to share the lessons and techniques I’ve embraced over the last two years. Couple that my qualifications as a fitness trainer and you have a combination designed to make you the best person you could possibly be.
