Systems offered include Chang Chuan (Northern Long Fist) and Hong Chuan (Southern Family Fist) Kung Fu and Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan. These traditional systems originate from a long lineage of well-respected masters. In combining the Northern and Southern systems, we are able to provide a very broad curriculum which suits a wide variety of body types and fighting styles. While being traditional, the system is also growing and developing as time goes on, as we have an aim to learn from the past and move forwards in greater understanding. We have a strong focus on real world self defence and emphasise the importance of understanding and utilising internal principles of power generation for a superior combat response that relies very little on physical strength or size to overcome one's opponents.

We offer Kung Fu and Tai Chi classes at our dedicated lifestyle martial arts centre in Upper Flagstone, on the outskirts of Toowoomba, QLD. New students are always welcome to come along for a free trial class, no experience or fitness level required. All you need to bring are comfortable training clothes (track pants, t -shirt etc) and most importantly an open mind. Our classes will probably be unlike anything you have experienced before and not what you'd expect.
