I have chosen to study fitness after I discovered my love and passion for running female fitness sessions! I chose to study with Fit College because I believe their reputable courses will give me the skills & qualifications I need to grow my health & fitness business. I want this page to inspire women to create healthier lifestyles for themselves and to share my own personal fitness journey. I want to praise those working hard for their health and help them achieve their goals.
