Cheryl found her passion in Real Estate when she learnt about building various streams of passive income to achieve her financial freedom. She began actively attending investment seminars and clubs to gain more insights with like minded people. It all started with putting aside savings in preparation for investing in her first property.

Real estate hit Cheryl as a career option after she realized that not only did she want to invest in the property market but she also wanted to work actively to help people to achieve their dreams as well. She then made a big decision to leave the corporate world as a Supply Chain Manager in Singapore to build her true love of property and people as a real estate agent.
Cheryl speaks Mandarin, Hokkien, Cantonese and English. Her proficiency in these languages enables her to service a wide variety of communities in an Adelaide that is becoming more and more multi cultural.

Ever since Cheryl landed in Adelaide, she has been able to bring her years of experience into continuing to pursue her passion in the real estate market here.

Cheryl is such a lovely person who is always going the extra mile to brighten some one’s day. She is enthusiastic and responsive in looking after her clients and making their investment and interests as her priority.

Cheryl is also a savvy investor who specialises investing in student accommodation together with her husband Ong. Together they are actively building their investment portfolio in the growing suburbs of Adelaide. In her free time, Cheryl loves to jog by the beach or spend some time at the gym. She is also an avid yogi.
