My name is Michael Vella and I have 14 years experience as a professional sportsperson both in the NRL with the Parramatta Eels and with the English Super League Club Hull Kingston Rovers. I recently worked as a Personal Trainer at Fitness First for 2 years and have my Cert 3 and 4 plus Level 1 Strength and Conditioning.
At Cherrybrook Outdoor PT and Group Training I aim to provide affordable, enjoyable, challenging and most of all rewarding fitness training in the outdoors whatever the season! With the convenience of two large sports fields and a large undercover area enabling training to go ahead in any weather condition.
I provide fitness, fat loss, nutrition, core and flexibility, muscle tone size and strength all in the pleasure of the great outdoors and without any expensive gym memberships!
