Cherry Tree Kitchen Has been created by two local chefs from the Northern Rivers who have stepped out of the restaurant scene, to begin a new business venture.
Now in there new production kitchen they have created a range of gourmet products currently stoked in a number of retail outlets throughout the Byron Hinterland.
The Chefs Andy pierce and Peter Fleming spent significant parts of there careers working amoungst the Melbourne food scene before moving back to the Northern Rivers where Peter opened the reputable hatted restaurant 561 Alfadale with Andy working alongside. Andy has also spent time working around other restaurants in the Byron Bay hinterland including Harvest and The Three Blue Ducks.
Both of these chefs pride themselves on saucing the highest quality produce from this area and also supporting local growers and suppliers
