Bringing this favorite dish to town, Modern Indian Restaurant launches Chennai-Biryani. Founder and Entrepreneur of Modern Indian Restaurant, Norman Fosberry brings to the table 30 years of culinary experience in Indian cuisine.

He says, “Chennai-Biryani is a special addition to the restaurant as it reminisces old memories of India, especially of being brought up in Chennai. The brand is set to launch this weekend and we look forward to making it special for our customers.”

Paired most often with mutton or chicken, the dish is served with brinjal pickle, yoghurt, salad and pickled potatoes in Chennai. It’s a classic meal for festivals, special occasions and remains to be a delight for most Indians. Chennai-Biryani will be launched at the restaurant on July 15, 2017 and will remain as an addition to the menu henceforth.
