Chef On The Edge is a small scale, hands on consulting group with big ideas.
We focus on sustainability in the hospitality industry, aiming to connect farmers to chefs, improve education in the workplace and foster a food culture with a long term view.
Our services include (but are not limited to) start up planning, workplace training, troubleshooting, liaising with suppliers and general input of brainpower wherever it is needed.
