Chef Charbel Dahdah

My cooking experience started whilst I grew up in a Lebanese background. I love food. I have always wanted to learn and I am really enjoying the experience. I can cook everything from burgers and fries to crème brulee. I've been in the industry now for just over 4 years, I am extremely driven, focused and eager to learn anything new, I have a real passion for desserts, pastrys, cakes and sauces but I would love to learn as much aspects of the field as I can. But if I could I would love to open up a restaurant with Lebanese cuisine mainly but everything on the menu. Thank you!!
