Finger food buffet—$20 per head
Bruschetta, arancini, mini quiche, blinis, party pies, sausage rolls, choice of two dips with Turkish bread.
Morning/afternoon teas—$15 per head
Mixed sandwiches (4 different fillings), scones with jams and cream, fruit cake.
Basic roast—$25 per head
Two meats, four vegetable dishes, gravy and two desserts.
Barbecue—$20 per head
Burgers, marinaded chicken, steaks, two salads, bread rolls and a dessert.
Breakfast buffet— $15 per head
Bacon and egg rolls, yoghurt and fruit pots, cheese muffins and spicy apple muffins.
Decadent lunches/dinner parties —$35 per head (minimum; price will vary depending on the clients’ requested dishes.)
Starter, main, dessert and cheese platter.
European buffet—$25 per head
Goulash, Spanakopita, Quiche, Hamburg fish stew, Bavarian meat loaf (Leberkäse)
Almond torte, cherry cake, tiramisu.
