Chaz Royal (c1870), is in the heart of historic Marulan and the entire, fully restored hotel with all it's grand original features and eclectic décor is yours to enjoy.
There is a detached studio which sometimes the owner uses.
On the cusp of the Southern Highlands, NSW. The village of Marulan lies on the 150th meridian, the only town in the world on its path, as such it is positioned in the middle of the Eastern Standard Time Zone, where the sun rises at exactly 6am and sets at 6pm precisely every equinox. Marulan has a rich history, historic buildings, the award winning Meridian Café, antique shops and close proximity to the Southern Highlands townships of Bowral, Berrima, Moss Vale and Mittagong.
We now have a General Store/Newsagency opposite Chaz, which sells local produce and also has an up market café. The little town is growing all the time.
Chaz Royal sleeps 7 comfortably, with a queen bed, double bed, single bed, double bunk, large kitchen dinning area, large lounge and a laundry. We have a varied collection of books and magazines of a mixed genre, a good library of CD's, DVD's and LP records.
Not to mention a plethora of board games, playing cards and jugsaw puzzles.
