Charmaine Dalziel is the founder, head writer and senior account manager for Charm Writers! Charmaine's love of writing, direct response marketing and her genuine desire to help others are the driving factors behind the Charm Writers' brand.

Charmaine has enjoyed an impressive 20+year (yikes!) career in sales, marketing, events and public relations working for small, medium and large businesses within highly-competitive industries like magazines publishing, hotels & resorts, exhibition sales, property, weight-loss, leisure and training to name a few.

Following a two-year slog at one of Sydney’s busiest public relations agencies, Charmaine joined Pacific Magazines as their Senior Publicist and over six years was progressively promoted until she became their National Public Relations Manager – a busy role managing the events, media relations and brand messaging for 11 well-known Australian magazines and Pacific’s corporate PR.

Charmaine's extensive writing, public relations and direct response marketing experience has given her an insight into how to help small business create BIG presence within their target market without the BIG agency-like budget.

These days Charmaine (and her Golden Retriever “Lochie”) conjure up creative ways to promote other people’s business at her home office in the beautiful Gold Coast Hinterland.
