Chapel Fitness Boxing classes are held every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 6pm- 7pm. Pete, Shane, Roy and Sebastian are your trainers offering different styles to mix things up!
The classes are 'FREE' for members, non-members welcome too :)
The class includes; skipping, shadow boxing, bag work, circuits, focus pad work, all over body exercises and a lot of SWEATING!!!! Bring a towel
First class 'FREE' to try out. Non-member casual boxing class- $18 OR 10 classes for $150.
Speak to Steve at reception to find out how to save '$$$$' on the gym membership which includes all classes and you get to use the boutique gym.
All gloves/equipment supplied. Welcome to bring own gloves etc.
