My Name is John Williams and for the past 17 years I have been helping people make and cope with change. I started this journey after spending many years training with Buddhist monks of different linages all over the world.

Utilising my skills as a Counsellor, Mindfulness and Meditation teacher, Hypnotherapists, Life Coach, Group facilitator & Peer Group Facilitator.

I am also a Qi Gong Teacher, Reiki Master in 3 linages, Massage Teacher and Therapist, EFT (tapping) facilitator, Auricular Therapist
(ear acupuncture) Energy Healing practitioner in many modalities, Psychic Medium and occasional house and space clearer and cleanser. Oh and I also am the Distributer for Amena's Sea mineral products and Calcium Bentonite Clay.

I specialise in Addiction, Substance Withdrawal, Detoxification
Quit Smoking, and Assistance with Drug & Alcohol dependance.
