Derrick wants to teach anyone interested in getting fit, build confidence, coordination, mental discipline, and have fun doing it come along.

Derrick Chan is a 5th Degree Black Belt and has been training in TaeKwon-Do over 30 years.
He began his journey into the martial arts with Kyokushin Kai Karate and attained the rank of 1st Dan, followed by Jui Jitsu in 1978 attained the rank 1st Dan, Chinese Kung Fu attained Instructors rank and Tae Kwon-Do in 1981.
Some years later he studied Shotokan Karate where he attained the rank of 1st Dan.
Won Taekwon-Do Bronze Medal in sparring at National 2004.
Australian Taekwon-Do Team Assistant Coach 2005
World Champion in Taekwon-Do,
Won 2 Gold and 1 Bronze at Worlds Championships in Uzbekistan 2008.
Derrick is 47 years old and has taught in the Hills for over a decade.
