Chabad Youth

Chabad Youth of Melbourne was both founded and assisted by the guidance and encouragement of the Lubavitcher Rebbe and is proud to be amongst those organisations established to disseminate Judaism worldwide.

Established over 40 years ago, under The Yeshivah Centre, Chabad Youth is a vibrant community-based organisation offering a wide range of social, cultural, recreational and educational services to thousands of young people. With the assistance of a dedicated team of volunteers, Chabad Youth has become a steady-growing and extensive association that is committed to instilling and preserving a strong sense of identity and pride in Jewish youth.

Catering to the vast needs and interests of primary, secondary and tertiary aged students, Chabad Youth’s programs incorporate Camp Gan Israel, Daminyan, Chabad Campus and Chabad Sparks (activities for Jewish school aged students in the wider Jewish community). Additionally throughout the year Chabad Youth arranges multiple community events in conjunction with the Jewish holidays.
