This program includes training not only in the art of Teakwondo but also in self-defence and fitness. Adults classes assist with improving musclular strength and tone, flexibility, cardiovascular work outs and not to mention relieving stress. CFTA Martial Arts prides itself in having the best quality instructors and students, but most importantly still maintaining that friendly environment in which the goals of each individual member are met. Adults classes are available for beginners all the way up to black belts with a variety of specialty and advanced programs also available.
At CFTA Martial Arts we believe it is never too late to start! We have many great classes available including our family program in which mums and dads, even grandparents can train with their kids - be great role models for your children and have even more fun than the kids while doing so!
