Cevapi use top quality local Australian produce, a mixture of Beef and Pork ground meat combined, with selected herbs and spices to create an authentic southern European style dish. Cevapi are shaped like a hamburger finger and tossed on a hot plate for a few minutes till they are no longer pink or cooked through.
Cevapi are served on a fluffy white Ljepina (Balkan bread roll) with traditional cabbage salad which is shredded raw, prepared with quality olive oil, vinegar, salt and ground pepper.
Ajvar (roasted pepper relish) is spread over the Ljepina and garnished with diced white raw onion.
