I am an experienced practitioner in Bowen Therapy and Remedial Massage. I operate from a home based clinic in Cessnock.

Bowen Therapy is a gentle and effective technique that can be used for lots of different conditions, the common things I use Bowen for are muscular tightness/restrictions & soreness, frozen shoulder, migraines/headaches, sciatica, pelvic asymmetry, chronic fatigue, facial nerve conditions, depression & anxiety, bulging discs. There are a lot of other conditions that respond to Bowen quite well, such as bed wetting, hormonal/conception problems, MS and Parkinsons.

Bowen Therapy is done through light loose clothing and can be used on babies to the elderly. Bowen can be used immediately after surgery or an injury.

Most conditions respond to Bowen Therapy in fewer than 5 sessions, and muscular skeletal conditions generally change very quickly. Chronic conditions may require on going maintenance sessions with many people choosing to have monthly treatments once initial complaints have been addressed.
