CB Fitness

Our aim is to provide the community of Ballarat with a safe friendly and healthy environment to have fun whilst training with the main emphasis on Boxing for Fitness. Strength & Conditioning and Strongman is also a another large component of gym. Our aim is to ensure our cleints will improve muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibilty, power and agility. We have a kids friendly area and run a variety of classes to suit everyones needs - our yougest client is 8 and oldest 72 - all ages are welcome.
