Lot 41 is a unique, luxurious, two bedroom townhouse within the high end Caves Beachside Hotel. The house has 180 degree unobstructed ocean front views, is only a 2 minute walk from the beach (100m) and is opposite the resort pool. An upstairs and downstairs east facing balcony allows you to sunbake, read a book or spot a whale swimming by.
The main bedroom features a spacious king size bed (can be split on request) , a designer ensuite with an in-room bathtub, halo jet shower and stone pebble feature tiles, a desk, wardrobe and a 40-inch flat-screen TV.
The second bedroom also features a spacious king size bed (can be split on request), a designer glass wall ensuite (with an electronic privacy blind), halo jet shower and stone pebble feature tiles, a desk, wardrobe and a 40 inch flat-screen TV.
Other features include a fully equipped galley kitchen (with oven, microwave and dishwasher), two living areas (each with a sofa bed, 40 inch flat screen TV and DVD player), a dining room, laundry (with washing machine, iron and ironing board) and separate toilet. The townhouse is fitted with reverse cycle ducted air conditioning and accommodates parking for three cars.
