In the last 18 months I have entered into a new world and turned my life around by getting fit and found a new love of the gym and even though I've had an active lifestyle through playing Netball and racing motocross and speedway there was always more.

I have lost 20 Kilos and a total of 59cms all over and feel fantastic. In doing that I have wanted to help others on this journey too.. I am forever growing and smashing my goals and although happier I will never be satisfied. There is a long way to go and I'll forever be striving to be better so join me and we can go on the journey together.

I will help you overcome your hurdles and get through your set backs just as I have done and am continuing to do.
