Cate Hale - SparkHouse

In 2011, life threw a few curve balls at Cate and her family. She quickly learnt the difference between theory and practice with concepts such as mindfulness, forgiveness and the importance of embracing joy and gratitude to keep her and her family steady through challenging times. She entered worlds previously unknown - surviving cancer, the loss of a child and navigating the world of organ donation- and now explores and explains these worlds from a unique perspective to make the path easier for those treading a similar path.

Cate promotes community and connection, speaks from the heart and paints the picture in a very practical, real way, tapping into each participant’s humanity.
