Cancellation Policy

You will receive a reminder text to confirm your appointment 24hrs prior.
If you do not reply "yes" on the day the text is sent, it will be assumed you're unable to make your appointment time and it will be given to someone on the waiting list.
If you cancel within 8 hours of your appointment time you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
24 hours notice of cancellation would be very much appreciated and you will then avoid the cancellation fee.

Payment Policy

Payment must be made at time of appointment by the following methods only:
- cash
- debit card
- credit card

Eftpos facility surcharge

A surcharge of $2.00 will apply when using a credit or debit card to make a payment.
This is due to:
- set up costs
- annual fees
- monthly fees
- stationary costs
- a percentage charged to me per transaction
