BIO:
An active drummer of nearly 10 years Casper is a versatile player having been in a variety of groups from pop-punk to jazz latin funk fusion to Drum marching corps. Also an adept backing vocalist he currently drums and sings backing in his main group rock/roots/funk outfit Fugue whom play regular covers gigs and also have a long term originals project behind the scenes. Other recent work includes drumming for Pop/rock artist Cheeky Velvet, blues/reggae artist Dillion James, and the occasional gig with wedding/corporate entertainment agency Redtie. His other creative interests lie in sound and production; his latest notable work including the Fugue demo tracks, and the debut EP from Cheeky Velvet (Mixed and played drums). He also offers custom pro drum session recordings via freelance website fiverr. Casper is currently in his final year of a bachelor of Contemporary Music Practice from University of Canberra taught at Southbank TAFE. He hopes to not only hone his skills but form strong industry relationships through networking and peer collaboration towards becoming a professional session player.
