is a family owned business. Pasta making is a family tradition over many generations, we use traditional recipes and modern techniques and like to experiment with new flavours
We use only the freshest ingredients, many are from other stall holders, Gnocchi using potatoes from Highland gourmet potatoes, pumpkin from Top Forty orchard and local free range eggs
Our sauces are hand made and are free from preservatives
Come down to the Camden Farmers market Saturday 7 am to 12 noon and sample Casa Perrotta's delicious products
