Carrum Station Charcoal Chicken is a 2nd generation family run business. Our family has been operating charcoal chicken shops for more than 25 years.
Our aim is to provide excellent customer service and food that is not only delicious but great value.
Our chickens are free range and our lamb is 100% Australian. We marinate them with our unique herbs and spices, and cook them to perfection over a natural wood charcoal fire.
We offer an exciting range of side dishes including salads and hot dishes, which are made daily using only fresh ingredients.
We also provide gluten free options across our menu, including our chickens and lamb, chips, salads and hot dishes. We are trained to assist customers with their inquiries and we take the time to ensure their needs are met.
