Carrington Health

Carrington Health is a not-for-profit organisation that provides a large range of health services to the local area. We offer both individual services and group programs for people of all ages including allied health, children’s and family health, counselling and oral health services, chronic disease management, diabetes services and social support and prevention programs.

We deliver effective, efficient and innovative health programs and partnerships and services that make a difference to those at risk and the broader community.

This means we:
• Create person and family-centred programs that are tailored to local needs;
• Partner with others in the health and community sector to deliver affordable services close to home;
• Deliver services that consider our clients’ diverse cultural needs and encourage them to feel comfortable coming to our service;
• Equip our community to build skills for healthier, happier lives through prevention and early intervention programs.
