Carol Witheriff

Hi, I am Carol Witheriff – the Area Manager for LJ Hooker Kingscliff, for the Salt & Casuarina areas. As a resident of Casuarina and a lifelong resident of the Tweed & Gold Coast, I love the lifestyle & it is a pleasure to work in this region.

At just 22 years of age I purchased my first property and renovated it myself, igniting a love of all aspects of real estate.
Prior to joining the LJ Hooker Kingscliff team in 2011, I managed private investment properties to amass a sizable private company portfolio, which has help extend my knowledge in renovating and upgrading properties to take to market.
Since joining LJ Hooker Kingscliff, I have built up a diverse client base and alongside my Sales role, I have also served as the Agency’s property investment Manager for over 150 permanent properties in the Kingscliff and Casuarina areas.

I credit my success in the real estate realm to my attention to detail and a natural work ethic – I am driven to achieve personal goals as well as the objectives of others. I have successfully managed my own significant property portfolio for 30 years giving me detailed insight, perspective and empathy for both sellers and buyers.
