Carnivale Ice Cream

Carnivale Ice Cream keeps it all natural, using nothing artificial and where possible, local and Australian made or grown.

We also make other sweet treats, nicknamed as our 'Side Shows', including cookies (designed for ice cream sandwiches) and made to order ice cream cakes for those fun, special occasions.

We can be found monthly at Rylstone Artisan Markets (2nd Saturday) & Mudgee farmers Market (3rd Saturday), as well as other special events in the local area.
We are pleased to announce we also offer home delivery/pick up to the local Rylstone/Mudgee region.
Our Sorbet selection can now be found exclusively at Rylstone Friendly Grocer, Mudgee corner Store & Cafe and Dad's Deli, Mudgee.
