In feeling the joy in serving others and seeing the joy it brings, I created Carmen Bliss The Wellbeing Project. There is no other feeling better than gratitude when seeing other peoples joy and happiness.

My heart filled desires for my business are to help others realise their potential, experience joy and live their best life. Whether it is as an individual, a family or a business I would like to guide people to learn the skills to live authentically, know their strengths, practice mindfulness, achieve goals, have the capacity to feel genuine joy and happiness and find comfort in the role they play in this lifetime.

Through Coaching, Counselling, Conversation and Workshops, I hope to bring positive change into peoples lives.
