For the past year I have been working with the AFL & WAFL football teams in Fremantle providing sports massage.
I have also provided massage for clients that are training towards marathons, triathlons, office workers, FIFO workers and anyone wanting to reduce pain, increase mobility and range of motion and aid in recovery.

An initial treatment involves carrying out a postural analysis where I will assess what is going on in the body along with any range of motion tests I feel appropriate and based on my findings I will determine the best treatment plan possible. Stretches are also performed during a treatment as well as stretches for the client to continue in between treatments.
