Classes are held in the Bull Creek Primary School's community room,situated behind the school,at the end of the netball court, before the big grass area.


Capoeira Forte originated from Praia Do Forte,Salvador De Bahia in Brazil thanks to the efforts of Mestre Devaga and Mestre Tche Bahia. It still continues to evolve thanks to the dedication of Contra Mestre Gigante and Professor Cacio. The group is mainly evolving from the roots of capoeira Regional de Bimba, a more combative form of capoeira, but constantly researching to improve both the main/historical and contemporary styles.

In Italy,Instrutor Roby (Roberto,Italy), represents the group of Gruppo Forte. In 1997 he became Juniores World Champion of Kick Boxing(Point Fight) for the first time. In 1998 he got to know capoeira angola and regional, attending different capoeira classes in Milan. Fascinated by the elegance and the potential of capoeira, he combined his capoeira and kick boxing training, thus greatly improving his technique. In 2002 he won the World Champion title.
In 2003 he met the group 'Gruppo Forte' in Praia do Forte (Bahia) and decided to represent the group in Italy. In 2004 he conquered the European Champion title in Kick Boxing.
Inspired by different teachers,he is always seeking new methods to improve his style,technique and game.

Monitor Lorinho (Stefano, Italy),started capoeira in 2006 under the teaching of Instrutor Roby. Beginning purely for the acrobatic style of this art,he began to love other aspects: music,fight and body expression. Having travelled to different places to train with various teachers,he visited most of Italy and many other countries: Brazil,France,Spain,UK,Singapore and Australia. Understanding movements and techinques is made easier due to his Personal Training background; which also allows him to teach the proper Capoeira stance, while continuing to improve and develop the skills of different positions used in Capoeira himself. He's always looking to deepen his knowledge and understanding of Capoeira.
