Cape Oasis

This modern beach house can accommodate 12 people comfortably. It has 5 bedrooms (one bedroom has an ensuite) and 3 bathrooms (1 main, 1 ensuite and 1 outdoor bathroom). There are 3 queen size beds, 2 tri-bunks, a futon that can turn into a double bed and 2 portacots. This breathtaking beach house has everything you require for a relaxing holiday. It features a large open living, dining and kitchen area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with large cook top, french door fridge and a large island bench with four bar stools. The lounge has a large leather couch that can seat 10-12 people plus two bean bags to relax on while watching the plasma 50 inch TV/DVD on surround sound. This living area has bifold doors which open the house right up to an outdoor decking area with a heated pool surrounded by beautiful shady oasis trees. Here you can sit back on the outdoor setting while watching and listening to the sound of the water feature or take a dip in the pool. It also features two pool rooms which are seperated from the house with its own enclosed decking area with a couch and a wood combustion heater for the winter days. One pool room has a tri bunk and the other pool room is a games room for the kids equipped with tv, playstation, foosball table, futon and many other games and toys. Between the two rooms is an hot/cold outdoor bathroom great after a surf or swim. Additional features include a 4 burner bbq and a secure 3 car driveway.
