CANUNGRA RISE is a planned residential estate of 318 lots being developed by the Winten Property Group over 214 hectares of spectacular natural bushland bordered on one side by the Canungra Creek and on the other by the Mt Tamborine escarpment and located a stone’s throw from the Canungra town centre.

Canungra is a developing business hub that serves 2,500 residents plus personnel from the nearby Kokoda Barracks that is well known for its surrounding tourism operators and is well supported by visitors year round.
