James is a chef with 10 years experience in commercial kitchens, ranging from bistro to formal dining. He has also spent considerable time in bakeries and pastry kitchens.
He found his niche however, working in conference and banquetting, catering events from 10-800 people.

We are more than happy to cater to special dietary requirements you may have, and also to work with you on personalised menus to suit needs and budget.
