I recommend weekly consultations as a must, however if you are unable to commit to that, due to personal reasons (work/distance to travel etc) I am happy to see you on a fortnightly/monthly basis.

I offer a 1-2-1 consultation in the privacy of my own home, based in Southend On Sea or my other home office in Beckton or Ilford, but if you wish to come in small groups for support or to diet together please do come, the more the merrier!

Parking is not an issue, no yellow lines etc, there is good transport links via bus or train.
