Ours is the art of the ninja, based on ancient warrior disciplines handed down by nine historical Japanese family lineages. To-Shin Do® is an intelligent modern approach to applying the principles of the ninja to the threats, stressors, and confrontations likely in our own contemporary culture. Our founder, Stephen K. Hayes, studied the original form of ancient ninjutsu in Japan and became the first American teacher of the ninja arts.
