Ray's Garage is currently offering after hours private fitness lesson's by appointment.

I especially cater for people who either have never done exercise or it's been a while and you are looking to get back into exercise.

I myself have been progressing at a serious lifestyle change from couch potato to a fitter stronger person and I think I can help you.

I have a Cert III in Fitness and also have the Level 1 Crossfit qualification.
