Café Cortado will be a one of a kind espresso bar or, in Spanish, cafeteria. Café Cortado is named after the very popular beverage in Latin America and Spain. Cortado is an espresso cut with a small amount of warm milk. In Spanish speaking countries, a cortado is similar to the Italian caffe macchiato.
