Cafe Carissima

Toni Barrett is realising a long held passion to own and operate a Café. To enable her dream she has completed a course in Barista and Coffee Art (Certificate II in Hospitality), and a Certificate III Financial Services (Accounts Clerical). She has experience in the Hospitality industry and with her recent Teaching & Co-ordinator roles she also has experience as a team leader and working smoothly under pressure. She also has previous experience in owning and operating a small business, including accounts, negotiating with suppliers and customer service.

Mark Drummond shares Toni’s passion for owning their own business. He has experience in sales, both retail and wholesale and in customer service, particularly managing and dealing with difficult clients.

The Premises and location

We are located at 68 High St Berwick, 3806 Ph: 03 9707 1677.

Café Carissima is located adjacent to the stop lights down the hill on High Street Berwick, in full view of all traffic entering and leaving High Street.

The building inside seats 20 with an additional 24 seats outside and undercover.

Décor will be a somewhat rustic theme with an Italian touch and will be warm and welcoming.
