CABARITA IYENGAR YOGA CENTRE
We are pleased to announce the commencement of Holistic High Quality Iyengar Yoga at
the Lake, Restaurant Bar, Cabarita starting September 24, 2015

Iyengar Yoga is one of the oldest traditions of Yoga started by Mr BKS
Iyengar.

Unique in the use of Props and with the emphasis on Alignment, Iyengar yoga
caters for all ages, health levels and ability to support people to obtain optimum wellbeing, physically, mentally and emotionally.

Run by our senior teacher Simon Marrocco, founder of St. Kilda Iyengar Yoga
School and now resident of Cabarita Beach, we have a teacher with over 30yrs
experience who has trained directly under Mr Iyengar in India. With Simons
knowledge and experience we are able to offer holistic high quality teaching in small
classes.
