o They could buy a kayak / SUP from a specialist store and pay top dollar OR
o They could buy online OR from a big box store and take the risk of NOT getting something to suit the quality or purpose they had in mind
• We are the only kayak specialist store that offers expert in-store advice, and quality products at online prices

• Our staff are all keen kayakers / SUP'pers and know what we are talking about, we offer expert advice
• We offer a 7 day trial period. So if not 100% happy with your purchase you can return it within 7 days for exchange. Fortunately we make it our mission to ensure that the customer get's the correct craft in the first place, to suit their needs and budget, so 99.9% of customers don't ever need to take us up on the 7 day exchange option.
• We organise regular paddle days where anyone can participate free of charge, to enjoy a day out with other like-minded people
• We also sell roof-racks and will help customers fit out their kayaks and show them how best to secure the kayak onto their vehicle
