Byron Bay BOXFIT is a friendly yet challenging outdoor fitness class on offer to a wide variety of fitness levels and conditions. We offer a range of strength regimes accompanied with certified boxing for fitness combinations. Byron Bay BOXFIT is available in two locations; Byron Bay & Bangalow.We supply all equipment, all you need to bring along is water, a towel and lots of energy!!!
If group fitness isn't for you, we also offer 1 on 1 personal training sessions with both of our qualified trainers offering personalised programs that tailor specifically to meet your needs.
