Buxton Barley Fresh Beef

Our beef is raised on fresh barley sprouts daily along with quality hay and a ration of coconut and cottonseed extracts. The meat is processed at a local butcher shop and delivered direct to you by the farmer. The purpose-bred yearling cattle are Charolaise, Angus and other British breeds. The sides or quarters (starting at 40kg) of beef are all cut to your specifications, packed in your families sized packages, labelled and delivered to your door. You get all the gourmet cuts of steak, roast, sausages, mince, corned silverside and brisket if desired. We don't forget the dogs as you get the bones and what about the liver, kidney, oxtail and tongue - the lot, if you want it!
