Experience a unique dining style that originated in 18th century Brazil. Long swords of succulent beef, pork, lamb, chorizo sausage, chicken and Mareeba Gold pineapple are seasoned, marinated, infused, basted and gently roasted and turned. The turning of the swords serves to baste the meats resulting in a succulent evenly cooked creation.The swords are then served ''Rodizio'' style-our knife wielding servers slice sizzzling hot roasted meats directly to your plate.
