Join our Bush Dinner & Dance Party this Spring 2016 to be held on Saturday 26th November 2016 at the Great Hall in the Coolangatta Estate Winery.
Tickets are $71pp and include:
- Entree: Blacksmith's Boards (Estate made chicken liver pate, local marinated olives, award winning "Unicorn" Ash Brie, grapes & sourdough batard)
- Main: Bushman's "Firegrill" Roast (selection of meats spit roasted on giant skewers over seasoned iron bark, served with Ssasonal baked vegetables)
- Dessert: Spanish Flourless Chocolate Cake with Raspberry Sorbet, Coulis & Thick Cream; OR Passionfruit Curd Cheesecake & Thick Cream (alternate)
- Entertainment: 3 hours of bush music performed by Phil Dye and his band that will get you dancing
The historic Berry Bar, adjacent to the Great Hall, will be open for our event; serving wines, bottled beers and other drinks.
