Bundaberg Occupational Therapy

Bundaberg Occupational Therapy was established in 2008 and moved to the new premises in 2010 at 298 Bourbong Street.
Our therapists are trained in the assessment and treatment of problems including:

- Hand and upper limb rehabilitation (including scar management and wound care)
- Injury prevention, treatment and management
- Developmental delays (including handwriting, toileting, school achievement and coordination)
- Behavioural and sensory issues (including ADHD and ASD)
- Neurological conditions (head injury, cerebral palsy and stroke)
- Physical rehabilitation following illness or work related injury
- Aged care (falls prevention, dementia and life stage adjustment)
- Home modifications (installation of handrails, ramps and specialised bathrooms)
- Equipment prescription (including wheelchairs, seating and adaptive equipment)

No specialist or GP referral is needed. If you have any queries as to whether we can help, please phone our reception or come in and ask.
